The room was fairly clean when I arrived. Utensils, cups, plates, and bowls were already in the cabinets so we didn't have to purchase paper or plastic at the store to eat the first night. The host was very responsive with getting me information for wifi instructions and a missing tv remote. It was really easy to find the building after asking front desk staff. Close parking to the room was ample. The people were quiet and kind, and overall there was no excessive noise. Pretty courtyard with a BBQ and lots of seating.
