Nice home

The house worked perfectly for us for the week-end. It was much bigger inside than it looks from the outside and the separated bedrooms were great. It is set back in a neighborhood and the street it’s on is bumpy-not sure why they need speed bumps on it as well. The bedrooms in front are small but worked for my daughter, son-in-law and their kids.

Looking at the front of the house, you would think it was tiny. But it's like the tent in Harry Potter where they walk in and it's huge inside. Exactly like this house. 2 bedrooms in the front of the house with a bathroom. Dining room with a nice table and Keurig setup. A couple old school games on the shelf. Nicely labelled kitchen with a huge fridge. Entertainment room was spacious with a nice internet ready TV. Internet was fast. Then the back of the house had 2 more bedrooms with a bath. SO much better than a hotel, could share the space with family. They mention parking for 2 cars, but 4 will easily fit in the driveway, no problem.

UT Graduation! For us out-of-towners, our stay was perfect for what the family needed. It was primarily my husband and I staying at the house, with our adult kids driving in or flying in and only staying a night or two, max. The house was very comfortable and provided plenty of room on the day we were all there at the same time. The house was also the right size which made it easy enough to keep clean during our stay. :)Big Bonus was the house being in close proximity to my son's apartment and the UT campus. I would recommend this place. Thank you to the host.

great place, great price just had an issue with scheduling i tried to reschedule and kept getting directed to the app which then referred me to AI , I needed it for friday and saturday night they booked for saturday and sunday night, I was leaving sunday morning and they would not change the dates so I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one night with no offer of refund so I had to eat 270 for a night I wasnt even there! had the issue been resolved or corrected absolutley 5 stars across the board
