Our stay was absolutely fabulous. It was very quiet, everything was extremely clean, and it was a great spot to stay for the wedding that we attended while in town. Despite what other reviews say, we had zero issues with anything mentioned. It’s clear the hosts have taken measures to ensure their guests are well taken care of. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back to visit again :)

The GOOD: it was squeaky clean, quiet, with 2 comfy beds, and close to everything in town. There is solid flooring throughout. The BAD: Evolve has tech kinks to work out with check-in, I received many meaningless texts from Evolve early, none of them the door code. We got our code from Mario (not Evolve but who was GREAT!) 4 hours before check-in, not 1 - 2 days ahead as listed in the house manual. That was stressful & could be avoided if the listing was corrected. The house is dated - ‘70’s appliances & fixtures. The lighting is awful. Out of 5 ceiling fixtures in the kitchen 1 fluorescent tube came on. The bedrooms have only 1 table lamp each. The low H2O pressure in the primary shower makes it unusable. The shower head in the main bath is so low I had to duck-I’m 5’5”. Ice maker in fridge works but ice doesn’t come out of the door, that’s fine - but have a sign. Sprinkler system waters your car in the drive overnight leaving hard water spots. There are 2 rentals at this address.

Overall a great experience! Would love to stay again!

The place was nice and clean with good location. The only challenge we had that we booked place for 6 adults but the house had one king, one double bed. We were expecting sofa bed as well but it was reclining sofa which is not adequate for sleeping. So i would recommend this place for 4 adults or small family only.
