We enjoyed our stay in Gainesville. The house is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable for families, and communication with the host was very good throughout the stay. Zach was always checking in to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a nice experience and would stay here again. There are just a few areas where the cleaning could be improved a bit, but aside from that everything went smoothly. I will still gladly give 5 stars because the communication and hospitality were excellent. 🙂

All basic amenities worked well within the house. Beds were comfortable, AC and fans kept the home nice and cool, and water pressure and hot water in master shower was great! Pool was not yet open for the season, but looked very nice and inviting! Owner was very responsive and friendly in all our communication. I had some feedback for small improvements that seemed genuinely received. Overall a good place for respite for our family during a busy weekend visit. Thank you for the stay!

it was great! cute neighborhood kids and lots of friendly kitties. the house fit all of us with extra space, and great kitchen. close enough to UF and publix very nearby. great direct communication and overall a great stay!

The place was perfect. It was so close to everything and it was very home feeling. The neighborhood was quiet, it had a playground and a pool in the neighborhood. It also had great extras, cleanera, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I gave it a 4 star on the cleanness cause of the paint on the floors ans aome of the mirrors, thats it. The beds were very comfortable, and for the thing i need to communicate tothe owners/management, they were very understanding and qyick to answer. Definitely would stay again.
