Location was great and property was clean. However, there is not designated parking. When we parked in what appeared to be the “community lot to the right of the building” our vehicle was towed. 234 later, the towing company returned our vehicle for us. There needs to be reserved parking for guests staying at this location. The point of staying here is to be in close proximity of town and not have to walk back and forth to your vehicle parked down the street or have to pay to park in a public lot. If you are not going to have reserved parking, please update the parking instructions so they are more clear for guests to understand.

It is close to everything but there is a business below with loud music till after 10 but al and al very clean nice place well kept

My husband and I made a last minute decision to stay in Helen, GA on our way to visit family. We booked condo A2. It was just as it appeared on the website. Clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a bonus! I was a little concerned about it being noisy since it is over the top of businesses, however after 10:00 p.m. we didn’t hear a sound. Parking was a bit misleading because there is not free specific parking for these condos. There is free parking beside the condo but it is free on a first come basis to the public not specifically just for the condo guest. If I had a complaint it would be regarding the parking situation. We did have to pay to park. Giving the condo a 5/5 stars, it was perfect! We would definitely stay there again!
