Like others mentioned, very thin walls. The space was very clean and everything in working order.

Pros: Very short walk to Main Street and tourist activities . The apartment looks just like the photos. The host allowed for an earlier check in, free parking Cons: apartment is on the third floor and although noted the steps are very steep, the apartment is on top of a restaurant and the smell of fried food is unbearable if you are using the back entrance, the apartment could use a coat of paint as the walls are dirty, no supplies to wash clothes, hard toilet paper was provided All in all if we visited Helen again I would stay at another evolve place but not the on the third floor.

Great location, clean, and the host responded very quickly and communicated well! We had a great time and would love to stay here again in the future!

Such a great spot! Parking was always open for us and host was super quick with responding! Would 10/10 recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot for a trip to Helen. Just outside of the main town area so it was very quiet. Low walking distance from everything there is to do from food to activities. The place was very nice and had everything we could’ve possibly needed.
