Loft was clean and close to everything we wanted to do and within walking distance.

Loved the location. Our favorite restaurant (Bodensee) was steps away. The festhalle was super close. The apartment was great. Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Our host (Christina), was easily reached and was so fast to respond to anything we needed. We will be staying again in the future.

Great place to stay for Oktoberfest in Helen! My husband and I along with our 3 month old had a great time! Everything was super walkable. It's not handicap/stroller friendly which is mentioned in the listing, but it wasn't difficult to get up the stairs on either side of the building with the stroller. The one thing I would suggest for guests is to bring absolutely anything food related with you. There was one thing with pepper and the ice machine worked great in the fridge. Otherwise, you need your own coffee/pods, oil, salt, etc. I believe that's mentioned in the listing, but they aren't kidding! But if you're only there for a few days, I recommend trying out the local restaurants. The food is amazing and the people are so kind!

The location is great, we had no problem with parking even on a holiday weekend. Walkable to all the fun things in Helen. The place is very clean (brand new), and the bed was very comfortable. However, the walls between the units are VERY thin. We heard every conversation from our neighbors as if they were in the same unit as us. If there are guests upstairs you’ll hear and feel every footstep. Even when they used the sink or flushed the toilet upstairs it felt and sounded like water running IN our unit and was pretty disruptive. Also note you only get one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, and although there is a Keurig machine, the so not provide even one or two pods for it. We would stay again, as the location and cleanliness outweighed the minor inconveniences.
