The location is great, we had no problem with parking even on a holiday weekend. Walkable to all the fun things in Helen. The place is very clean (brand new), and the bed was very comfortable. However, the walls between the units are VERY thin. We heard every conversation from our neighbors as if they were in the same unit as us. If there are guests upstairs you’ll hear and feel every footstep. Even when they used the sink or flushed the toilet upstairs it felt and sounded like water running IN our unit and was pretty disruptive. Also note you only get one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, and although there is a Keurig machine, the so not provide even one or two pods for it. We would stay again, as the location and cleanliness outweighed the minor inconveniences.

As advertised. Nice little condo within walking distance of everything in downtown Helen. No complaints at all.

Everything was clean and neat. Great location. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
