The apartment was great! Security was wondering, the newness and cleanliness was spot on perfect. Very comfortable, easy to walk to everything. The downside though was that the apartment was directly above a Cuban restaurant that played loud Cuban music until late at night. And the bedroom is right above the speakers that outside the restaurant. Never ending Cuban music! Also the walls are thin and not sound proofed, you can hear everything bump, step, flush, shower or word your neighbors upstairs and beside you says. So all of that was very off putting but the rest was great.

The apartment was great, new and clean and comfortable. Great for walking to downtown, and the security was excellent. Loved that the parking was available and free. The downside was that it was right over the Cuban restaurant that played Cuban music until late at night. One night they didn’t turn it off until 11:30pm and it’s directly under the bedroom. Also the walls are not sound proofed or at least muffled. We could hear every step, flush, shower, slide of chair, door and word spoken from the people above and beside of us. That was a lot to deal with. But everything else was great.
