house is very nice and clean. beach is 5 minute walk and St. Augustine historic district is 15 min away. enjoyed our time outside at the bar area and will stay here again.

Everything was easy to get to. Instructions for getting in and leaving were very clear. The host was very communicative and contacted us before and after the stay to be sure we didn’t need anything. We loved the house layout. It’s been remodeled and is nicely updated. The back patio is beautiful. The only things we weren’t thrilled with were the mattresses. They were hard and uncomfortable.St. Augustine is a beautiful town and is fun to explore. The house was very convenient to town, but not in the midst of all the tourists there for the Night of Lights, so much quieter.
