The Happy Octopus House was, indeed, a lovely, happy place to stay! It was so well laid-out & appointed, the photos did not do it justice! It was immaculate, comfortable & inviting & perfect for a family gathering! Being older, I especially appreciated small touches like night lights in every room & the quiet neighborhood. The house is close to beach access & ramps, great restaurants, grocery store & minutes from historic downtown. My only regret was that it was too hot to enjoy the amenities on the back porch which was so inviting! My family is already talking about coming back in cooler weather so we can do so. Host Matt was gracious & responded almost immediately to any communication. Octopus House was a fantastic beach staycation for me & my family!

Wir konnten 3 wunderschöne Wochen mit unserem dreijährigem Sohn im Oktopus -Haus verbringen. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Matthias ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber, antwortet sofort und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind fast jeden Tag an den Strand von Butler-Beach gefahren und brauchten mit dem Auto gerade 3 Minuten. Auch St. Augustine ist schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist perfekt für Paare aber auch für Familien mit Kindern. Wir verbrachten den perfekten Urlaub. Danke!

Great stay and wonderful location. Walking distance to the beach. Definitely worth every penny.

The place was top tier. Instructions were very clear. The house is in a beautiful location almost right across the road from the beach yet a very private and peaceful location. We felt right at home staying there. Is highly recommended you staying here on your next trip.

The Octopus beach house home is spacious, and not too far from the local attractions, very quiet neighborhood, plenty of things and places within 15 minutes of this home, we will definitely see if this place is available on our next trip.
