Very comfortable & had everything we needed. We used the grill, the hot tub on “cool” since it was so hot while we were there, and the puzzles/games. It was great having beach towels and chairs/wagon to use in the large garage. The neighborhood was nice to walk and bike, and there was a crosswalk down the street next to a small park that made it easy to get over to the beach. We visited the Ft. Matanzas State Park, the lighthouse, Flagler College, and Vilano Beach while we were there, everything an easy drive away. All in all a great trip!

The perfect location! Only 20 minutes forms downtown and 3 from the beach. Many restaurants and shops near by!

My family and friends family had a wonderful experience and stay! The space was very comfortable and spacious for our large crew. The street was safe and neighbors were amiable. The short drive to St. Augustine was pleasant. The Beach access was perfect! If ever in St. Augustine, we will continue to rebook. Highly recommend!
