Nice 2nd floor studio in an 1830's house. Great location 2 blocks south of the center of town. Small kitchen, Keurig (bring your own pods if you like strong coffee), good shower, strong a/c unit. Off street parking. Management and owner were very responsive. Had a great stay.

Very clean place. I appreciated having the mini kitchen. Its perfect for a short visit and very walkable to the restaurants, stores, and anything else in town. The building is very old and the outside definitely needs a face-lift. Concrete stairs had crumbling areas and needed paint etc. Also keep in mind that there are stairs.We had an issue with the thermostat but Shannon was very quick to respond. We were happy with it overall.

Nice spot super close to all the bars and restaurants in Waterbury. Would book again.
