If you’re looking for something that is cheaper than most places in this area and you’re not overly discriminating, this place may work for you. The pictures are fine for what they show but they don’t show the shabbiness of the building’s exterior, the carpet stains hidden under a rug, the entry stairs with pealed paint or the musty smell inside. There is also noise from street traffic and trains in the middle of the night.

Thank you so so much. I felt so peaceful in that little cosy studio. Molly was so responsive and fixed every wish so well. It was really a cosy place to start my adventure for being away 6 months from home and having a parking lot was a great plus too. Although everything in waterbury was entirely walkable: supermarket, restaurants or for having breakfast. That stay will forever be marked in my heart. I had such a lovely time, so thank you :))

Cozy and comfortable

We love staying here! It was right on the main street and was walkable to many restaurants. Everything was super comfortable and very worth it, especially for the location.
