Walkable Urban Retreat in Hoboken!

Enjoyed my stay there.. communication was instant and the place was soo clean and exactly like shown in picture. Love my stay

The location of the apartment was great, and the price was reasonable for the area. Being close to public transportation was especially convenient, and having everything you might need right on the same street was a big plus. The host was also very helpful and supportive whenever I needed anything.

The property is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation, a very safe neighborhood, and plenty of shops and amenities nearby. The apartment is very well maintained, with ample household supplies provided, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the extremely loud noise from the living room air conditioner, which started from the very first day. I reported the issue by email to the property contact but received no response. I then contacted the property management company, who did reply and assured me that the issue would be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was still not repaired by the time I checked out. During a week when daytime temperatures reached 34°C (93°F), this significantly affected the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, it is a great property in terms of location, cleanliness, and amenities, but I hope the management will be more responsive to maintenance issues in the future.
