A nice get away with a chance to walk the neighborhood area in the fall.

The property description was very misleading and did not match what was actually there. The description left out that you have to drive 6 miles to enjoy any lake amenities. Also, there was no welcome packet. Additionally, one of the key points to lake living is being able to eat outside. There was no table or any means to eat outside.The place was filled with cobwebs and many items were in disrepair. The place is not well maintained.

Our stay was peaceful and so enjoyable. We all felt so restored. Neighbors were kind and helpful about local recommendations. The kayak was the best part - my teens spent hours on the lake. The only thing I would say is if you enjoy cooking, bring some of your top must have tools from home - chefs knives, maybe a good cast iron pan, spices, whatever you know you can’t live without when cooking. Tools are minimal.
