Cabin w/ Beach Access in Brant Lake: Dogs Welcome!

Little information available about trash or recycling. No information about anything in the house. Difficult check-in, wifi set up ect. The refrigerator leaks severely. Informed host, who didn't feel it was an issue. Dryer doesn't dry clothes, after some investigation I found that the vent is clogged, requiring more maintenance than I could provide. The house was clean, but smelled terrible due to leak and trash issues. The house is beautiful, however due to lack of upkeep it is not an easy stay. The location is lovely, and with a few simple fixes this would be an amazing VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay at this Brant Lake house! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for our entire family. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having a washer and dryer made our stay so much more convenient. The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods on Brant Lake, with a great beach and welcoming, friendly neighbors. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together as a family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We had everything we needed and it was easy to check in and out.

Bugs, backs of doors were dirty, dirty sponge in sink, patio furniture ripped and filthy, freezer apparently doesn’t work we lost all of our frozen groceries, water pressure was terrible, no real place to put trash and was told to leave it in the kitchen, dryer had to be restarted multiple times to dry anything, tv in bedroom had no remote and the other bedroom had one but that was also the remote for the living room so you had to carry it room to room. We were very disappointed. We had stayed at a property owned by evolve previously and it was beautiful, this stay was terrible
