We brought our family in to see our daughter graduate from TAMUG. We had siblings (all in their 20's), cousins, friends, grandparents, etc... We had the whole place, all 4 apartments and it still seems like a single home for us. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and plenty of places to relax. The young adults were able to walk to the Strand area to enjoy the nightlife, and the beach area was a short drive. We ordered in some food for a gathering to celebrate the gradation and the space was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. The upstairs can get a little warm in August, so keep the outside doors and curtains closed during the day to keep the cool air in. I would recommend this location to others.

To my surprise this property shows as listed. Very clean, updated, and well decorated. My family and I enjoyed our stay here, it worked perfectly for our group. I highly recommend this location if you have a group of 12 or more.

This house was the perfect pick for our large family. The beds were VERY comfortable; not a single person said they slept bad. The hang out spots are very spacious as no one was ever elbow-to-elbow, even at peak capacity. I am absolutely adding this home to our reoccurring gatherings!

The house was exactly what we needed to host a large group (19 people) in Galveston. The four separate apartments allowed people to have private spaces to retreat to, but the common areas were still large enough for people to hang out (especially in the large living room and dining room downstairs). The location was very convenient to the Strand, and a short drive to the beach. The house was very clean. Unit #1 was still being cleaned when we arrived because the previous guests left it in bad shape. We understood, and were happy to find it very clean upon our entry a couple hours later. The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but we slept alright. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property in Galveston! Renting the entire fourplex was the perfect setup for our group. Everyone had their own comfortable space and privacy, while we still had plenty of opportunities to spend quality time together. The property was very clean, cozy, and full of character. Having separate units with kitchens made everything so convenient for our family and friends, especially with a larger group. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was another huge plus — close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Galveston has to offer without long drives. The hosts were wonderful throughout the entire process. They were attentive, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. This place worked out perfectly for our group, and we left with so many great memories. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or a larger group looking for comfort, convenience, and a great atmosphere.
