Boat, Bird & Bask: Studio 15 Mi to Everglades NP

Ein Albtraum. Erst findet man unsere Buchung nicht und dann ist alles schmutzig, die Betten durchgelegen, alles voll Moskitos. Wir wollten drei Nächte bleiben, sind aber fluchtartig nach einer Nacht wieder gefahren. Und wären wir nicht spät am Abend angekommen, hätten wir nicht mal eine Nacht dort geschlafen.

Beautiful location and pool. Our unit was not as expected because in the picture there was a full size refrigerator and when we arrived it had been replaced with a mini frig. Thank goodness for ice because we had a lot of food. There also was garbage in the trash can, shower curtain was gross on the inside and only one cereal spoon. Screened patio was nice. Plenty of storage but mattress and box springs need replaced. Safe area for bike riding.

This property was represented to be a Studio with amenities. The instructions given by the company representing this property is different than the people in charge of the day to day services. They are a third party and not on property. Upon check in I was given a code to our rental which did not work and then proceeded to go to the desk in the hotel area just to be informed that that the lock box was not set up to work. Very frustrating since you think you are doing something wrong. Was then handed keys to a totally different rental unit on the second floor, did not accept so then was told that my rental was not available so was given a unit next to the one I was supposed to receive. It was not at all the same inside, it was no near what was pictured and was also dirty. Went back to desk and then was somehow miraculously given keys to room booked. This too was not acceptable the king bed was falling down, was dirty and it had very little of anything else available that was described or pictured. I did move to a third room which was not as promised but at least was clean. I was offered a partial refund from representative at the hotel. He (Ziggy) told me to contact Evolve and let them know what he had promised. I did call them the second day I was there and was not given any directive to do anything at that time other than they would talk with the hotel representative. They waited until I had left and then refused any refund. Very Sad

Not a resort! I booked a room that had a small private patio... Wrong! I was given the room above with no monitary difference.. evolve sent me room confirmation. Gave me a room number and a lock box code... For the room I wanted. Day of check in given another room, because blonde headed dude booked me into another room. Ok well how about giving me some kind of money back or compensation... Got nothing but a sorry. And when he saw me again, didn't even greet me but greeted other guest... Parking. Looks like there's no parking for those staying but parking for those boating or hanging at the bar. Nothing was good about this place. Wouldn't recommend unless your desperate to stay near to the vacinitys near by( Beaches, shops, etc.,) this trip I thought I'd try something new. Nah lesson learned. I'll stick with the rentals I get on VRBO. Vs this false advertised place. Let's not mention the old coffee and sugar packets you get in your room. The freaking puzzle of a lock you gotta figure out to get into your room. Over it! Other then that. My vacation in Florida never fails. Just this place I decided to stay at.
