Naples Oasis w/ Screened Porch & Tennis Court!

When I booked the place in May 2025, it was advertised as having internet, etc. Since then management has decided to change some things. I had to insist that my unit have a sofa and internet. They accommodated me but I had to insist on those things. The pool heater didn't work and most on the laundry machines were broken. I let those slide.

The location was good. The staff was very helpful, kind, and considerate.

I love the location, pool, fishing, pickleball courts, screen in porch. Second year at this unit and hopefully coming back. Only dislikes are bath fan doesn’t work and for longer stays it needs a full size refrigerator

worst rental ever. NOT king bed; NOT queen sofa—none at all; NOT step in shower—dangerous tub entry shower; NOT dining table; NOT office; refrigerator was a mini-not as pictured in photo. NOT near naples pier or beaches—20 miles away. NOT amenities—no restaurant, pool unheated, unable to find the laundry. No lockbox. EVOLVE was responsive, but property people could have cared less. Limited towels and one washcloth; Dog in residence across the hall! Recpommend avoiding this place—not as advertised!!

Very very poor experience. Ad was misleading. No king bed; no couch; no a walk in shower; no restaurant; pool not heated. Avoid this place
