Nice place, free breakfast but you have to pay for beverages (coffee). Big coyote in the parking lot one night. Couldn't figure out how to lock the door when we left but we didn't put allot of effort into it since we didn't leave anything of real value in the room. We would stay again
Great potential needs work no bar restaurants as advertised
As with all the other reviews, this resort has so much potential and the service is fantastic. However, the room quality/cleanliness and the number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed are overwhelming. The room was terrible. The first issue was the noxious odor of disinfectant spray that was so thick in the room, we could taste it. No matter how hard we tried, we could not air out the cave of a room (no windows). This was the main reason we cut our trip short and left a night early. As far as accommodations, we expected a queen & single bed, as shown in the image. Instead we had two double beds. The thin bedspreads were dirty/stained and there was grit or sand in sheets, along with a few hairs. The sheets smelled clean, but we just were never certain. The floors were disgusting and made my daughter's feet black. The permanently stained sink and old, crusted faucet, along with the broken (small) TV were indications that perhaps these newer owners could not afford to update the rooms. It would only take a couple night's revenue to really spruce them up. The restaurant was great and the game room looked fun, had the door handle/lock not been broken. The fact is, all hotels/resorts fall apart with a lack of maintenance. There just is no excuse, and reviews always reflect the investment. Going cheap earns a negative review. I look forward to changing my review when this resort spends a little money and updates the place. It was a fantastic location and good staff!

Well maintained and clean. Our only complaint was the lack of parking on our side of the resort.
