Wonderful facility. Loved all the amenities and the proximity of the pool just steps from the back door.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as per the photos. It was extremely clean and in a really nice gated community. The host was responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t use any of the facilities in the community so can’t comment on them. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving Holiday stay at your lovely condo. Everything was clean and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying again in the future. Mary Ann and John

Overall, this is a nice rental and would stay again. I've already recommended it (and Evolve) to friends.However there is room for improvement. Check-in was delayed (cleaning service very late) and the hall bathroom was dirty (shower stall and several long dark hairs on the vanity). Several items need attention or repair.The rental is well appointed, including the glassware and dishes. The master bath is very well done. It would be a nice add to update the hall bath and add a tv to the 2nd bedroom. Also, a folder/binder with info, such as local attractions, restaurants, maps, etc., would be a nice add (as seen in other rentals).YES, I'd stay again.

Unit is well appointed and has nice layout, especially if 2 couples are sharing. Everything was very nice, except the hall bath could use a refresh (really doesn't "fit" with rest of unit) and would be nice to add a TV to the 2nd bedroom. All in all, this is a nice unit in a gated community in a good location. I've already recommended it to friends.
