This is not an AirBNB experience. This is a condo rental company using AirBNB for rentals. No welcome, no maps, no instructions for the old golf cart (buckles broken / no reverse noise) or pull out couch. A cruise ship was docked so downtown was chaotic; we just wanted to get to the property. I asked if we could drop off our bags, but with no signal (most of the island) the response was delayed. After lugging them up the 60+ stairs and getting a wifi signal, the response: NO. Later the bed would not pull out - I reached out to the contact from AirBNB & Evolve, who did not answer. My daughter slept in the bedroom & I suffered on the uncomfortable couch with just a light throw blanket. The next day I reached out again about both issues - was punted to someone else to contact. Reached out, heard "we'll try to stop by." Returning, the bed was pulled out but still no real blankets. Checkout morning the cleaners hovered outside 30 minutes before checkout time to rush us out.

The place definitely needs some attention. With what people are paying to go on vacation and stay at a nice place. Upgrades needed. The grill knobs were broken, so we couldn't BBQ on the Patio like we wanted. The grill cover was also ripped and ugly. No sink stopper in the bathroom. Your rings can go right down the drain. But the view and privacy were excellent, super quiet, which I really enjoyed.

Place was very beautiful; however when I reached out to whoever was guest support I received no response or any sort of help:/ but overall the place was very nice

Bathroom needs some cosmetic work, like new caulking around the bathtub, remove rust stains from one sink, replace sink stopper as there was not one there. Golf cart sounded like it needed a tune up. Housekeeping left toothpaste on counter from previous guest, and a dirty sponge at the kitchen sink (I have pictures) which had brown stains that I didn't want to touch, let alone use it to wash dishes. Bed was comfortable, great view.
