Awesome place. Awesome island. Just fill the tank or let us know there is enough gas left. to get to the station. . Gauge is broken and in empty, and a splash of gas left in tank. Started the trip with a stress filled 15 minute ride to the gas station.

The property had lots of ants in the kitchen, baths and closets. Also silverfish and roaches. Hope we didn't bring any home! The secondary bedroom was extremely dusty and they had to remove the bedspread from the room. It was very hot and hard to sleep at night. The stairs were very hard for me going up 4 flights or 120 steps was very tiresome. As we are in our 70's and have arthritis we are now sore and tired . You need an elevator for the fourth floor. I would also suggest 2 keys for the front door as 2 couples were in the room and towel rings for the bathrooms for the hand towels.The view was nice.

Beautiful place! The door lock needs to be fixed though and there needs to be more ventilation throughout the space since there’s no AC- more fans would be a great option. The golfcart was a great perk, but could be updated as well- it says it’s on empty when there’s a full tank of gas. The place itself though is gorgeous and views are unbeatable.

We had a great stay! It was the 2nd time we stayed in this condo at Hamilton Cove. They were quick to respond to the couple times we had questions. Would stay here again.

This home had some pre broken furniture, odd odors throughout and the hot water in bath tub was inconsistent. Other than these minor issues, the home was good. Excellent location and area, very safe.
