It was perfect! Perfect location! Easy to talk to the property manager! They were so helpful, flexible, and prompt when I did have an issue. So I appreciate that so much!

House is pretty old, but the location is PERFECT. It's in a hip popular district with vibrant restaurant scene, good coffee shops and lots of traffic, which is great. The house is back from the street, so it still feels quiet and secluded. We stayed there a month and loved it. Our daughter is 2 and we especially enjoyed being able to walk across the street to a playground.

I stayed here for just over a month for work. Neighborhood is wonderful, there is a private parking spot, and a plethora of restaurants 5 minute walk away. Do not miss Bakery Four for incredible baked goods, and Hops & Pie has $7 Detroit pizzas on Thursdays. The host was immediately responsive. I will definitely stay here anytime I'm in Mile High.

I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Mile High. This location is unmatched, and the host was so immediately responsive. Plethora of restaurants right behind you, do not miss $7 Detroit Pizza night on Thursdays at Hops and Pie. Probably my favorite Airbnb ever. Thank you!

Travel nurse here. I was looking for a small place in a safe neighborhood that had an outdoor space for my 2 small dogs, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. This house met all our needs! Everything worked great, and the owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
