Property is old and run down. New furniture but mattresses are in poor shape. Everyone woke up with backaches. Alot of work on the property needs to be done. Master bathroom was ok but bathroom was so small it was almost not usable. Toilet behind the sink has maybe 18” clearance so sitting down you are on top of the sink - very strange. Carpet is very old and smelly and the HVAC is so loud you can’t sleep with it on

Stay was good , lots of games and volleyball net with the kids . A few wasp around but over all great stay

The place is a little rough around the edges but was perfect for our stay. Yard is fenced clean which was perfect for the dogs Location was perfect for what we needed. It’s a quick drive to the rail station and to downtown.

We were there for our daughter’s wedding and it was a great location to be the hub for all the last minute details related to such an event. And then we stayed an extra day after to just recover and enjoy Canon City. Even got to see a car show happening that weekend.

Property was a little dated but was great for our needs. Plenty of room and good outside area for dogs and kids.
