House is older with cracks in the ceiling and walls. Very drafty and cold but space heaters were in each room to compensate.

We had a family gathering and the Canon City rental was ideal! Great location, had all the amenities and tools for hosting a Thanksgiving meal (minus a dishwasher). The kids and dog enjoyed the backyard! Ray was available and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

Carpet was very dirty in some areas. Beds were very comfortable and clean,

The location was fantastic! We had 3 deer in the back yard every morning. House was comfortable and clean. Only downfall.was nothing in the game room.was functional. All balls and tires were flat. Pool cue stick tips were busted. Fortunately our grandson is 3 so he knew no difference and was happy. I did let property mgr. Know and he was very responsive. I would definitely stay again!
