What a gem! We've traditionally visited East Texas each year around this time for a family reunion. We always stay in Mt. Pleasant in a hotel. Never again. This place was perfect for kids and family. Very well appointed and a focus on the little details. Highly recommend

This home was super clean and provided the perfect space for our large family. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, playing in the side yard, and sitting on the back porch by the fire. The kids loved all of the games available inside. The upper and lower front patios provided great morning views of the sunrise. The location is a short drive from Daingerfield, which features a wonderful state park offering hiking, fishing, and swimming opportunities. You can also take in a movie at the historic Morris Theatre in town. Shopping in Longview was also convenient, as my wife and daughters had a girls' day out. The hosts were super responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again!
