Great for our family vacation with extended family. Great views. Lots of activities to keep kids busy and make memories.

Chris was friendly and responsive, but the property was a huge disappointment and did not match the listing. Don’t book this home based on the amenities without asking questions first. The dock/lake access was unusable, the pool had a torn liner and stagnant water, the slide was missing when we arrived, and the “private” pool is actually shared with two other cottages. The gym was completely unusable, the grill was so dirty it caught fire, the master shower was broken, only one TV remote worked, and the house had an excessive number of spiders and bugs inside. We first tried resolving everything with the owner and Evolve, but they only offered an $86 refund for the missing slide. After reviewing our documentation, Airbnb determined the property was materially different from the listing and issued us an $806 refund. The location is beautiful, but the property needs significant maintenance and more accurate advertising.

Great location and the fish were biting. We really appreciated meeting and talking to Blue, the gentleman who monitored the property daily. Was an excellent ambassador for the property and the area and was incredibly helpful.

Our four-generation girls trip was one for the books at this lovely cabin on Grand Lake. This beautiful and clean property was perfect for our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was enough seating for everyone in the living area. All four generations enjoyed cooling off at the pool, which was just a short walk from the cabin. Lake views in the morning and at sunset were spectacular and the large back porch was a perfect place for conversations and reminiscing. You will experience the peaceful feeling of isolation while being close enough to town for pizza and Walmart deliveries. Other positive points: plenty of parking; on-site maintenance (and free cucumbers!); good communication with owner. Would 100% recommend this property.

Had an awesome time and enjoyed the views from the house plus all the room in the house made our stay amazing.
