After walking into the unit we noticed it had not been cleaned before our arrival. That was disappointing. The host relocated us to a different unit, of comparable size. That place was fine, but was not the one pictured in the reservation. So I can't really review the unit advertised because we didn't stay there. The location itself was convenient. The pool was clean and beautiful. The complex is not 9 minutes from Coquina Beach, more like 15 minutes.

I would not recommend this listing. Upon check in, I noticed that the sheets were stained and ripped. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and my daughter almost fell off and the rod to the blinds were broken. I notified the host immediately. She sent housekeeping to change the sheets then continued to try and blame me for the damages and stated that they ALWAYS change the sheets before a new tenant and that we had stained them. I let her know mistakes happen and we appreciated the change but it was like that upon our arrival. She continued to blame me for the damaged items and stained sheets. Airbnb was able to adjust our booking so we could move somewhere else.

Great location for our visit.

The condo was conveniently located and clean. The pool and weight room were modern and enjoyable. We enjoyed our two-week stay.

This was a nice place.
