This spot was just what I was looking for for a couple days in town and it was easy to get around. I could walk easily to most places, and there were hardly any other cars parked on the street, so parking was always easy and convenient if I needed to drive somewhere. The contact was also really responsive the one time I asked for minor assistance with something.

Adorable place!

We recently visited family in the GJ area and this place was perfect! We made our reservations at the last minute, yet prior to arrival we received a text from Nori with all the necessary information (address, lock number, rules, etc). We did not need anything from Nori, but we knew she was just a text away. It was a cute little studio apartment that met all our needs. The location was extremely close to everything. We walked downtown and we were close to Colorado Mesa University. Parking was always available. It was very comfortable, very quiet and had everything we needed. This is a pet friendly place, but we did not bring our dogs. Other than a few items nicely left for those with pets (we saw poop bags, treats, and a few Kongs) you would not know pets had been there. Spotless and NO pet smell at all. I am sure we will be headed back to GJ in the future, and we would stay here without hesitation. Thank you Nori!
