Over all, we have a great time there. The kids loved it and really enjoyed the hot tub. House was super cold at night which was very nice. We did have a small issue with shower head , but maintenance was very quick and arrived and fixed it same day. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood too. When we do visit Colorado again, we will book with host again!

We had a great time on our couple weekend! House is very central to what all we wanted to do. From the Blafkhawk, to the Rockies game, to our couples massages. If you like to go to church, there is a phenomenal Red Rocks Church just around the corner. Tons of restaurants just a mile away!

Basement property. Not a lower level as described. Good communication from manager patio very dirty and rain stained seats was unusable. Carpets were clean and new. Everything else was typical of a basement cookie cutter rooms, low hangings, weird things in weird places. Exposed HVAC unit, etc..
