The place was great . Couple things that we noticed was that if you’re staying in the down stairs unit you cannot control the ac it can get really cold or hot . If someone is staying in the upstairs unit pretty much everything can be heard . Other than that the unit was great , clean and comfortable. Hot tub was sweat and clean .

The fireplace was nice and the beds comfortable. You will hear guests through the floor walking around upstairs if you stay downstairs but it wasn’t obnoxious. The laundry room was nice to have.

The fridge went out, the bathroom light went out, & the house was freezing. The thermostat was upstairs or controlled by wifi, so if you like a cold house maybe this is for you. Plus it's a state wide owned/operated place, so if you need assistance you'll be waiting for their team to respond. Never the same person, and no resolution. There's plenty of options, and I'd recommend you find something for less as this was underwhelming for the price.

Over all, we have a great time there. The kids loved it and really enjoyed the hot tub. House was super cold at night which was very nice. We did have a small issue with shower head , but maintenance was very quick and arrived and fixed it same day. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood too. When we do visit Colorado again, we will book with host again!

This was a good location. The beds were great! The unit was well furnished. I would recommend this rental!
