We arrived approx 7p on check in day. Description states it sleeps 7. We were unable to find where said 7th personwould sleep. After 2 emails and a call with no resolution, i recieved a call back(after our first night) stating the 7th person can sleep on the fold out chair in the sun room, no linens were provided. I was given the code to the maintenance closet to get linens. I passed and told my son he could continue to sleep on the couch. There were 2 wash clothes and 1 kitchen towel. I did purchase additional ones so my family had something to wash with. Also there is no washer and dryer, that may be in the description i overlooked.

The guests before us left a mess, did not do as the check out requests had asked. All trash was full, dirty dishes left in the sink, windows left open, and more. Unfortunately our host was out of reach and the last minute guest meant the cleaner wasn't scheduled so the house was disgusting to walk in to. Contacted air bnb and had to work thru a refund. Which was the biggest hassle. Since our owner uses Evolve we had to wait on a refund from them, Air bnb, then fight to get the remaining amount returned for the "trip insurance" I will say once the owner got back he tried his best to make it right. Unfortunately it was a lesson learned about who you leave in charge of your property. He was kind and helped me make sure we got a full refund and was nothing but understanding. The situation sucked for us but I know it also hurt his bottom line. We were bummed to not be able to stay at the house but we made the most of our trip and thankful we did end up getting 100% of our money back.

It was great the house was amazing I really came for the amenities, like the hot tub which was exactly what I wanted and needed I would definitely recommend them 10/10

We had 4 twentyagers so it was great to have the room! Nice stay!
