I had to make police report st 6p mid day. The house cleaner tried to asault me naked laying in bed falling into a deep sleep after 16hrs of travel. He shook the whole wall with the weight of his body trying to enter door 2ft from bed I was falling into deep sleep. I waa a single woman & he knew it, did not anounce himself or apologize as a representation of the property. He looked like a dirty homeless, unkept man with a long nasty beard & the last person I could imagine standing over me naked laying in a bed. The only reason the door jammed is he had the wrong code. I jumped up frantic, ran to window shouting, you hv the wrong room Sir! He said, I didn't think you had checked in yet & ran away like a coward . My check in time is 3p. I payed $300 for 3 days of safe, secure acess to a private room & bath. The fact that he thought if I wasnt inside yet, he had access to my space was absolutely unacceptable! He did not knock, & I found his bathing items in shower & called police.

Arrived a day prior to my job in the area. Stayed one night and found out we needed to reschedule the job for 2 weeks out. Contacted evolve group and was told they needed to bring a rep into the chat. That didn’t happen for about 8h. Asked if there was a way to rebook with them in two weeks and receive a credit for nights I didn’t stay this trip and they were not willing to work with me. Mohamed kept citing the cancellation policy. I get it, just seems like bad business to not want to work with your clients when things come up that are out of both the businesses hands and the clients hands. As for the room itself, everything was clean. Having everything you need in one room is a great idea but felt a bit cramped and small. The shower and bathroom areas are perfect examples. I spent the whole time in the shower pressed up against the wall and there was really no room to get out of the way of the water. The bottom of the door isn’t flush so light and a lot of noise come in.

All information I needed to know was provided ahead of time. The room was exactly as described in the listing.
