The home is a beautiful old home. It is in a convenient location. The host had set out linen and the beds were warm and offered a great night's sleep. The refrigerator was clean and the tap water tasted great. The hot water was hot and lasted for all families needs. It was exactly what we needed and were looking for during our visit with family in the area.

Day of I received a voicemail from Patrick saying he needed to move us a mile down the road to a “safer area.” I called many times as Evolve but it said voicemail was full. No way to leave message or text. We drove up anyway. When we arrived, there was van in drive and light on in house. I called Patrick again but no answer. He did called back. He said he had to move us but after another call he said the place wasn’t ready because “we didn’t tell them we wanted it”. I told him I did call back many times. We asked for address and he said no he wouldn’t till we said we wanted it but he wasn’t sure it would be ready. I said we need a refund. He said we would but yhen hung up on me. I called evolve after that. They said our complaint was elevated but I still have yet to hear the official yes to our refund. We had to find a hotel, new location for our family Christmas, etc. Patrick was rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend not using him for any rentals.
