Highly recommend. Property was clean, amenities provided were clean. Waking distance to many restaurants and shops. Short drives to other surrounding towns and islands. The people were friendly and welcoming . I met and talked with multiple restaurants and shops owners while staying there. I would stay again.

We had a great stay, the location was wonderful, lots to walk to and there is a walking trail just past the back yard! The washer and dryer are in a very dirty and low-ceiling basement, but they did work for us.

Perfect place for a weekend Gateaway! Close to Providence and Newport (roughly 30min). Carol was an amazing host!

We had some major issues during our stay that due to the circumstances prevented us from staying the entirety of our booked days. To say that the Host and our Guest Contact were helpful and understanding would be an understatement. You can have peace of mind when staying at this Host’s properties that they will do their best to work through and solve any situation that may arise. We would happily book through Evolve again.
