This stay is on a shared gravel lot with another Airbnb tenant, so the experience can depend heavily on the neighboring guest. During my stay, their parking blocked access and made the designated parking area unusable. The host communicated with me and tried to address the situation, though it was not resolved before I left. The neighboring tenant also repeatedly allowed their dog outside without a leash. The dog attacked my dog and bit me, which led me to end my planned 91-day stay after four days because I no longer felt it was safe for my family or pet. The host provided more accommodations than were listed and did their best under difficult circumstances. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the property while that tenant remains. Guests should also know that the existing security camera did not appear to cover this listing’s portion of the lot, so those wanting coverage may wish to bring their own camera.
