TEST LISTING - DO NOT BOOK: Lake of Ozarks Condo

The house itself was in a great spot — a short walk to downtown Bellingham and easy access to the trail by the bay. Check-in was smooth and the listing photos were accurate. That said, the heating system was inconsistent (one bedroom stayed noticeably cold the whole stay), and the WiFi cut out a few times, which was frustrating since we were working remotely part of the trip. We also had to text the host twice about a broken drawer handle in the kitchen before it got addressed. The host was responsive and polite, and the bed itself was comfortable, so it wasn't a bad stay overall — just some maintenance gaps that kept it from being great. Would consider staying again if these were fixed.

Our first vbo experience. The views and the condo were even better in person than online. The owners really had it together, from the beautiful, yet practical decor, to the well outfitted kitchen. The condo pool couldn't have been nicer… refreshing with gorgeous lake view. Fawns greeted us as we entered the property grounds, and we watched the heron fish every morning. Lovely. We will be back
