The house was in a perfect location for what we needed. There were concerns on the cleaning. One toilet appeared to not have been flushed and hair on the rim. In the master bath there was still hair on the floor and a clump of hair next to the trash can. It would be helpful in the future if the cleaning service will sweep down the outside light by the door where you enter. There looks like spiders have set house there for some time so when we entered or left, we had to fight through the spiders and webs. Granted I understand we cannot control mother nature, but upkeep and pest control could be helpful. The carpets upstairs probably are due for a shampooing since there are stain spots randomly throughout. The tall dresser in the master bedroom appears to need repair with one of the doors. I did not use the dressers but had started to but the door looked in need of repair so did not want to make it worse. The place is really cute and the downstairs was nice. There was an outlet behind the bar area that appeared to have the outlet hole cut too big so you could see in the wall which might be a safety issue. The price was too high for what we got but it was last minute. The place has potential but needs some updates. The dock is nice and we did walk down and put our feet in the water. We would have utilized it more, which seemed to be great to use but we were there for meetings, so time was limited. First and foremost, the biggest issue was more thorough cleaning.

Overall our stay here was very nice. The dock is amazing and that is what we look for more than how nice the house is, when staying in the Ozarks. We spent most of our time playing out on the dock and hanging out there. I do not have any complaints, just a few suggestions. The kitchen was big and clean, it would be great if it was stocked a little better. There’s not a lot of utensil options and the cookware should be replaced. We encountered some gnarly spiders by the front door and inside the house. Probably a spray inside and out every so often would do the trick to help get rid of them. Other than that, which is all no big deal, we had a great stay here! Great location and no scary hills to get to the house!

Great location and easy access to the lake.

It was a great place to stay! We loved the location right on the lake and walking distance to restaurants/night life. It was still very quiet, peaceful, and felt safe. We booked boat transportation and it was so convenient to walk to and from Lazy Gators to get on and off the boat. The house was the perfect size for our group. The dock was a special touch that we haven’t had in previous stays. We definitely would’ve been content just hanging out at the house and the dock. We would stay here again!
