Nice and clean, easy to access. but the wifi is terrible. Cannot stream. When i called they told me it was because the city was so small with much demand? But when i asked others who live there they said not true; they frequently stream. The direct TV is very minimal. And lastly, they didn't let us use the gas fireplace even though the temp was in the 20's and 30's. They said couldn't use it until October?

Accurate and nice stay while we explored the park

Small bedroom AC struggles to keep house below 80 in summer. Bathroom only accessible through bedroom - not ideal for older guests or adults.

The place was rustic. The welcome binder, marked cabinets, notes on refrigerator and complimentary laundry detergent were a nice touch! The “Moose” theming throughout the place was also a nice touch! We stayed during what locals said were the hottest days of the year…90-95 degrees. The air conditioning unit is a portable unit and does not work properly. After reading the notes in the notebooks from previous guests expressing the same concern, we decided to suck it up and use the small fan and open the windows at night. We didn’t want to ruin our trip trying to get a working one. Overall, the place was neatly clean except for the bathroom. It seemed like housekeeping completely forgot to wipe the bathroom floor and top of floor heater for there were all long black hairs and dust all over. I took the liberty to clean it up myself. Also, the corner living room light did not have a working bulb which dampened our evening experience ~ no air conditioning and no light.
