Manager went above and beyond. When asked if unit has a fan and K-cup coffee maker, Manager dropped off both before our arrival! Very, very accommodating.

The house was nice and the neighborhood was quiet, we all enjoyed our stay. The weather was amazing most of our stay was like summer.

Property smells very strongly like mildew and our family all had health reactions as though mold was present throughout the house. We checked out a day early due to the problem but had no follow up from the owner or offer of compensation. Overall the property seems old and run down and in a neighborhood that had a lot of run down houses. The basement had some activities for kids which is a plus. But the master bedroom having to share a tiny bathroom down the hall with the other guest room is a major downside.

The host was responsive and flexible, and the house was clean and nicely furnished. It had several pleasant areas to hang out, both inside and out.

Fantastic communication from the get-go. Easy to follow check-in instructions; and Dave checked in with us via text the day prior to arrival to let us know the property was ready for us. The house is so spacious. We have a blended family and it was our first trip all together to visit our oldest at college. I was worried we’d be tired of each other- but this home gave us the space we needed to keep our wits. It’s clean & well taken care of. We all loved playing basketball and foosball. And holy cow, the beds and couches are comfortable. Thanks for sharing your space with us!
