I've stayed here before and it is a nice place to go that is close to Turner Falls park. It also has direct creek access so you can enjoy the water without going to the park. The cabin was nice and for the most part I enjoyed the stay. A couple of negative things that happened: the door code we were sent at check-in did not work. The phone number for contact to reach out to when there are issues did not answer their phone via call or text. The main number for the business also did not answer their phone. They did text back the next day but that did not help while we were locked out of the cabin. Thankfully, Evolve customer service was very helpful and gave us the correct code for the door. The outside trash was full from the previous guests so we were not able to empty our trash. A raccoon got into the previous guests trash twice and I had to clean it up so I was not happy about that either. The property and stay get 5 stars, the lack of communication gets zero stars.

The place is full of ants and spiders. AC is very old and unadjustable and extremely loud. Not enough blankets. The kitchen appliances are outdated. Not enough pot and pans. Silverware were not clean and very cheap. I had a problem locating the cabin and kept calling The host contact and they never answer the phone neither my messages at all. That gives me the impression of being inconsiderate. The porch is outdated and full of spiderwebs. I needed the Wi-Fi info because I was supposed to work remotely while I’m there and I called the host contact and Airbnb and never heard back from them, and I had to call in. I had a 6month old baby that I couldn’t let him sit on the floor because of all of the above and got sick just for being there for one night due to the AC fan was directly towards the bed and had to cut my stay to take him to the doctor. Even after we got home and open our luggage it was full of ants on our clothes and products. I don’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

We enjoyed ourselves during the trip. Unfortunately the fridge didn't work well and the foil they covered the stove with cought on fire. No damage just a inconvenience. Shower head was very high so hard to get rinsed off and there were aints in the kitchen. But all in all it was a good time

Great place to stay. Will be happy to stay again.
