We had an issue with the code to the cabin, it was not the same as had been given to us in the email. I texted the host and asked for a new code and she responded and helped out immediately. That was great. The cabin was very cozy and well air conditioned. It came with a grill, outside sitting areas, sponge and soap for the dishes, body wash for the shower, toilet paper, paper towels, some pots and pans and utensils as well. There were some leftover pancakes and unwashed dishes in the oven for some reason, definitely the last person who was there left them but the cleaning crew didn't find them. We cleaned that out but it wasnt gross or anything. Check out instructions were clear. Overall we'd love to go back but with a bigger group. It was just two of us this time for a birthday gift.

Overall great experience. We are first time Airbnb-ers so I was not very familiar with the app. Location was easy to get to, enter info was in the instructions. Cabin was clean, the only thing I noticed was the bathroom rugs were wet and had hair in them. Loved that they had pots/pans but there was not a spatula (for grilling). The view was absolutely beautiful, and was very peaceful out there. I definitely recommend this location and look forward to visiting again!

Cleaning was not very thorough

The refrigerator contained soda bottles, some never open some part used, about half a gallon of milk and an unused insulin pen. The foil under the burners on the range looked like they had never been cleaned. There were two plastic Duck Dynasty glasses in the shelves that were dirty, used and just put there, no attempt at washing. Off the left side of the balcony trash,(including a pair of men's underwear), was scattered down the hill. The right side with the better view was clean so that helped. The kitchen concerned me that the cabin hadn't really been cleaned, however, the rest of the cabin was clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable and the check-in was easy. The view is very nice but I would not want to stay there again.

absolute perfect location very cute cabin has “ almost” everything you need. I would bring your own trash bags to avoid the cheap ones provided. I would also bring some tongs for the grill charcoal. Maybe even a scoop to get your ashes out afterwards. I would bring what you would bring to camp. I’m not entirely sure that the place was cleaned at all before we came, but surely someone had to have come to change the sheets in the blankets, right? I don’t know. It’s a perfect little cabin. It just could use a very deep clean some clear instructions with the fact that there’s a gate code and instructions maybe that right after you pass the park where it’s located I wasn’t given any instructions. Then when I called about my check-in the phone number they had to send somebody out to come and let us in the cabin because the gate code they gave her the cabin code that they gave was wrong. Thankfully, I went with kiddos who had a good time until they realize leeches were in the water 😬
