Very comfy and cozy. Please realize that it’s a kitchenette, they still provide a singular stove top. You can cook small things but bigger meals are very hard. Also great location, everything is 5-20mins away max with a car. The host is also very nice and responsive. Great quiet gateway.

We had a great stay in South Yarmouth. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and was a perfect location. Very short distance to beaches, restaurants & grocery stores. Our only suggestion for a perfect stay would be a better mattress. Most important item for a perfect stay. Had a great weekend otherwise.

Bass River was a nice stay for a quick two-night visit to the Cape. It was clean and comfortable which was great.
