Thank you for providing us a beautiful home and location to celebrate “family”. We had a party of 12 (7 adults , 5 children).4 generations. The first floor with complete living quarters was excellent for those that find stairs a little challenging . The surroundings were beautiful and allowed us a place to relax and gather after the days activities. Check in at the front desk was very quick and I felt welcomed by Rose Reality. The kids really loved the choice of pools. We also found it a quick and easy (less than a mile) trip to get us all to the beach. The attendant at the private parking was super friendly . The Counch Cafe on the beach was a nice option with a variety of food and reasonable prices. It was our first visit to Surfside and we enjoyed the laid back vibe of the area . It was a quick trip to Broadway/Myrtle or Murrells Inlet and we enjoyed both. Our trip and accommodations exceeded our expectations and each of us look forward to future visits. Much Thanks !!

Great house

Our family of 11 really enjoyed this home including a 2 1/2 , 14, & 17 year old. Golf cart rental was enjoyed by all for going to beach, pools, pickle ball court or just driving around. Owner responded very promptly when AC stopped cooling following a power outage caused by late afternoon storm. Contractor arrived that night just before 10 PM to fix our problem, giving us another good night’s rest! The large table in dining area on 2nd floor was great for playing card and other games with 6 to 8 people. Prior to our stay we were concerned about having enough parking spaces at the home for everyone but had space for 5 large vehicles with the resort offering an overflow parking lot if needed. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home and to the great folks at Rose Real Estate for their efficiency in handling the property!

Good place

This home was in a great location close to the beach and many restaurants. It was very clean and had plenty of space. One downside is that we were there for 2 nights but had to run to the store to get more toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms.
