This house met our needs perfectly. We had a large group come to our daughter’s USF graduation. The drive down the driveway was a bit scary, but once in the house, it was great! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again in the future if the need were to arise. Thank you.

First of all, communication with the host/agent was almost nonexistent. There were several times prior to check-in that I asked a question via email, only to not receive a reply...one, two, three times over several weeks until she finally got back to me answering only 1 of the questions that was asked. I did not receive check-in info via text until 22 minutes after check-in time, with an address that didn't exist in Google (only Apple which I do not have) and when I called her to ask her how to get the address that works with Google Maps all she could say was "it's a pink house". UNACCEPTABLE for me to find a pink house in a place I've never been. Luckily I knew it was somewhere ON Ohio Ave so I drove up and down that road until I found it. Upon arrival 2 of the 4 trash bins outside were overflowing onto the ground, there were cans littering the pool area and a Marriott keycard was left on a table in the master bedroom. WHY DID I PAY A CLEANING FEE IF THE PLACE IS A MESS AND THEY DIDN'T ACTUALLY CLEAN THE PLACE?!?!?!?! Also, the batteries in none of the remotes worked, I had to go searching through the place looking for batteries and the lighter that was with the grill didn't work (oh yes, I texted her on the first day asking where one that works to the light the grill is and she NEVER wrote me back). The Ice maker was not working, and the filter needs replacing. Also, the pictures of the "game room" were FALSE as there was no air hockey machine (a major draw to us renting the house) and no pinball/arcade game there.

We had a large group in town for a sports event. This house was perfect for our needs. We were able to cook for our players. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep well, and in the afternoons we got to play games around the table outside and swim in the pool and soak sore muscles in the hot tub! The management was extremely responsive. When there weren’t enough pool towels, we had brand new towels from Target waiting for us later that day. We highly recommend this house for large groups!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, and the kids absolutely loved it. We were a group of 7 children and 5 adults, and there was more than enough space for everyone, especially for the kids to hang out comfortably. The pool was a big hit, and we really enjoyed using the fire pit on our last night. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and had a great time overall. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend!
