Great place

Excellent stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I rarely leave reviews but I would be remiss if I didn't post a review on this property. The house was very well maintained and had a number of extra touches to make the stay even more comfortable. From the complimentary snacks and water to the well equipped kitchen, this house was perfect for our family vacation. Would highly recommend.

We came to Denver in order to visit my aunt who had been hospitalized for the past few months. Five of us were here to visit. We checked in after a long flight and even longer visit at the hospital. We had issues initially getting in, but when I was given the correct code it we entered. It was clean & the listing stated "No Pets" and I was glad because 2 out of the 5 of us have severe allergies to pets. Well that was the first issue. When I sat down in the living room my lips started to swell, eyes watered, and a sneezing attack occured. Apparently although the house was "clean" someone had an animal in the home at some point....there is also a huge doghouse on the property. I contacted the guest services and nothing was done. So my guest and myself had to endure severe allergies while we were there. So we tried to stay gone from the home most of the time. The rooms were very spacious and every bathroom except the basement is a pretty decent size. The mattresses were very uncomfortable/hard, one of my guest slept in the recliner due to the mattress.The kitchen was fully equipped, but the sink would clog every time we used it. It was extremely frustrating. We were locked out of the home on the second night (11pm) because we were not informed that we shouldn't lock any of the front door locks. So we had to contact support for the owners to get us into the home. Wellllll, apparently they live directly across the street from the property which is very weird and creeped us out.

I really cannot say enough about this place! For one, it was probably the cleanest bnb I’ve been to! The host(s) were extremely gracious and went above and beyond with guest amenities! I literally only had to leave when I wanted to leave! Stocked kitchen, washer/dryer w/ pods… towels… EVERYTHING you need! Check in was a breeze! The place looks like a model show home with how well it’s decorated! I honestly did not want to leave! I felt safe and the location was prime! I will definitely book again on my next trip to Denver!
